By accessing or using the RoadTripr application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
RoadTripr provides AI-powered road trip planning tools for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes.
You must not: misuse or attempt to hack the service, use it to harass others, or submit false or misleading information.
Trip itineraries, stop suggestions, and route recommendations are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational purposes only.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, safety, or legality of AI-generated content. Always verify locations, hours, road conditions, and vehicle restrictions independently before travel.
RoadTripr is not responsible for any injury, property damage, vehicle damage, or other harm arising from following AI-generated itineraries or navigation suggestions.
Route recommendations (including RV/truck routing) are suggestions only. You are solely responsible for verifying that your vehicle can safely travel any suggested route. Always check bridge clearances, weight limits, and road restrictions through official sources before driving.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
The RoadTripr app, its design, and its underlying technology are owned by us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app without our permission.
Trip data and itineraries you create remain yours. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and process that data to provide the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RoadTripr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (or $10 if you have not paid anything).
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in the United States.
